Cancellation conditions
ADJUSTED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Since we have no influence on the decisions of the countries, we have decided to adjust our cancellation policy. (bookings from 22.01.2022 onwards)
Important information:
- If the legal development does not allow arrival or entry, the above cancellation policies will not apply and the preayments made will be transferred back without any deduction.
- Instead of transferring a prepayment back, you can also receive the full down payment as a VOUCHER - to be redeemed in SEASON 2022/2023!
Overview of the current cancellation conditions at HOTEL GABRIEL:
PRE- / POSTSEASON (01.04.-30.06. & 26.08.-30.09.)
- Cancellations up to 5 days before the start of the holiday: FREE
- Cancellations 5 to 1 days before the start of the holiday: 40% of the total package price will be charged
- Cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrival, no-shows and early departure: 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged
PEAK SEASON (01.07.-25.08.)
- Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the holiday: FREE
Cancellations 13 to 8 days before the start of the holiday: 40% of the total arrangement price will be charged - Cancellations 7 to 1 days before the start of the holiday: 70% of the total package price will be charged
- Cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrival, no-shows and early departure: 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged
The adjusted cancellation conditions do NOT apply to online bookings!
More details:> For "major events" such as GTI meeting (14.-29.05.2022) / European Bike Week (03.-10.09.2022) the cancellation conditions of the high season apply!

Booking conditions
After successful booking (email, homepage or telephone) you will receive a written booking confirmation from us including the data for the deposit payment to be made. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ, the prices listed in the price list always apply.
Deposit / payment
To secure your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit according to the booking confirmation. We ask you to pay the remaining amount of your room bill in cash on site, with an ATM (= Maestro) or credit card.
Advance payment
Of course you can transfer a major part of the bill in advance. In this case please inform us before so that we can allocate the payment correctly.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you take an travel insurance, which includes cancellation, additional costs in the event of late arrival or an involuntary vacation extension, vacation interruption and search / rescue costs.
