Birgit „The empathetic boss“
After gaining experience in various hotels, Birgit took over the family business from her father Florian in 2010. Taking over the business was of course challenging but doable thanks to the support of the two men at her side. As the saying goes, she is the good spirit of the house, who lovingly takes care of the guests' wishes and is the contact person for all concerns. Another task she fulfils with all her heart and a lot of commitment is - being a mother! According to the motto "Only the best for our dear guests", Birgit manages the family business in the third generation. Birgit is already looking forward to the nice conversations with you, for which she is always happy to take time!
Mario „The lateral entrant“
After 17 years at Philips, Mario decided to turn his back on logistics. He started at the Hotel Gabriel at the end of 2017 and and has been actively supporting his wife Birgit ever since. Thanks to his technical background and his experience with computers, he took over the he took over the supervision of the online activities right at the beginning and organises the complete application of the hotel. Florian „The man who can do a lot“
He is one of the pioneers in Keutschach tourism. In his long career, Florian has managed the hotel with its a la carte restaurant as well as 3 other businesses at times. Even after the handover of the business to his daughter Birgit in 2010, Florian has always been very valuable to the in the hotel and actively supports the young ones.
